1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IconAI Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may discontinue use of the platform.
2. 100% Royalty-Free Commercial License
All digital assets generated through IconAI Studio—including vector SVGs, multi-resolution PNGs, Windows .ICO binaries, Apple Xcode Asset Catalogs, Android mipmap bundles, and web manifests—are licensed under an unrestricted, royalty-free commercial grant:
- Commercial Exploitation: You may freely use generated icons in commercial web applications, native iOS/Android mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, client client projects, marketing campaigns, and physical merchandise.
- No Attribution Required: You are not required to credit or link back to IconAI Studio in your application, codebase, or store listings.
- Perpetual Worldwide Rights: Your rights to downloaded assets are perpetual, irrevocable, and valid worldwide.
3. User Conduct & Trademark Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the prompts, emblems, and trademark symbols you generate do not infringe upon third-party registered trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary brand identities.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
