1. Commercial License Grant

By using the AI Icon Generator studio and export tools, you are granted a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, publish, and incorporate any generated vector SVGs, raster PNGs, and favicon bundles in:

• Commercial web applications, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software products.
• Mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and third-party marketplaces.
• Client design deliverables, freelance agency projects, and corporate brand identity systems.
• Marketing landing pages, digital advertisements, video presentations, and printed marketing collateral.

2. No Mandatory Attribution

You are not required to credit, link to, or mention AI Icon Generator in your code, design documentation, or application credits. The assets you generate belong entirely to your project.

3. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to utilize the service to generate symbols, hate speech, or visual assets intended to promote harassment, defamation, or unlawful activities. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or flood edge infrastructure with malicious denial-of-service traffic.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its procedural vector algorithms are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the output will be free of third-party trademark claims if you specifically request trademarked logos or brand emblems.
